Jim Fox
Dr. James Fox is the Founder and CEO of Core Resonance Consulting, a leadership and organizational development firm dedicated to cultivating cultures of psychological safety, collaboration, and resilient performance through emotionally intelligent practices. A scholar-practitioner with more than three decades of experience developing leaders and shaping organizational systems, Dr. Fox brings a unique blend of leadership research, instructional expertise, and applied coaching to his work with executives, teams, and institutions.
Dr. Fox holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, with research centered on the role of authentic leadership and organizational identification in building trust—a theme that continues to anchor his consulting philosophy today. His core philosophy is rooted in the belief that sustainable success begins with attuning to the relational core of an organization—where trust, communication, and shared purpose take shape. Across his career, he has equipped leaders in sectors including education, government, and nonprofit organizations to navigate complexity with clarity, elevate human connection, and strengthen relational dynamics that drive sustainable success.
In addition to founding Core Resonance Consulting, Dr. Fox serves as an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Leadership & Literacy Studies at Salisbury University, where he also directs the Educational Leadership graduate programs.
His work in higher education has allowed him to influence leadership development across multiple levels—from building emerging leaders to advancing the practice of experienced executives—while teaching courses focused on research methodology, leadership theory, and organizational change.
An award-winning educator and mentor, Dr. Fox has guided the professional growth of hundreds of emerging scholars and practitioners through dissertation mentorship, graduate leadership program development, and instructional innovation. His scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications on leadership identity, organizational trust, resilience, psychological safety, video-based feedback, and followership. He was nominated for the 2025 Outstanding Research Mentor Award at Salisbury University in recognition of his high-impact approach to developing leaders and researchers.

Dwayne Morgan
Dwayne Morgan is the Senior EQ Consultant & Systems Leadership Strategist for Core Resonance Consulting.
Dwayne brings a powerful fusion of engineering rigor and emotional intelligence to Core Resonance Consulting. During his 32-year career with NASA, he served in multiple high-impact technical and leadership roles, including Agency Avionic Deputy Technical Fellow for the NASA Engineering Safety Center (NESC), Agency Discipline Technical Warrant Authority, and Chairman of the Avionic Architecture Community of Practice. With a BSEE and MBA, and deep expertise as an Electrical, Telemetry, and Instrumentation Engineer, Dwayne contributed to mission-critical avionics systems, technology development, and organizational innovation across the agency.
His engineering and leadership legacy includes contributions as an author and co-author of technical papers, including the NESC Commercial Crew Program (CCP) Avionic Architecture Study, TT-GbE Risk Assessment Team Study, and Heavy Lift Vehicle Avionic Flight Computer Architecture. Throughout his tenure, he advanced from technical specialist to Supervisor and Technology Program / Project Manager, consistently recognized for his ability to see both the technical system and the human system behind it.
Dwayne’s work has been honored through some of NASA’s most prestigious distinctions, including the NESC Leadership Award, the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal, and the Robert H. Goddard Award of Merit — all acknowledging his excellence in resolving complex challenges and elevating team performance under pressure.
Today, Dwayne applies this systems-level expertise as a Certified EQ Practitioner and Certified EQ Assessor, specializing in the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence framework. His consulting approach is grounded in clarity, curiosity, and relationship-centered leadership — helping individuals and organizations transform communication, trust, decision-making, and culture. At Core Resonance Consulting, he leads EQ assessments, leadership development, and coaching for technical and mission-driven teams, empowering people to thrive not just in their roles, but in their relationships.
